Welcome to Lake Lemon's own South Shore Guest Cottage in beautiful Unionville, Indiana! 

We are centrally located between Nashville and Bloomington Indiana near highway 45 east.  Whether you are planning a weekend at the lake, visiting scenic Nashville with it's shops and entertainments or taking in a game at Bloomington's own Indiana University you will be only minutes away from your vacation getaway.

South Shore Guest Cottage has been home to five generations and is a newly restored and renovated 100-year-old home located on 40 wooded acres.  We are just a quarter of a mile west of the causeway and just three minutes from Riddle Point Park and the only boat ramp access on the south shore of Lake Lemon. 

South Shore Guest Cottage features two queen master suites complete with 2 baths, Kitchen and living room and attic sleeping room.  Outdoors, enjoy our huge wrap-around porch customized with two sitting areas and a dining area with gas grill. Enjoy playing volleyball or other games in the large yard, take a walk to the lake or go mushroom hunting in the spring in our woods.

      Rental Rate:  $149 a night for two people  ($10 for each additional person; children under 12 are free)
                                     Weekend reservations require a 2-day minimum. 

Weekly rates:  $500.00 a week (7) nights for (2) guests with an additional $50.00 per week per additional guest.

Extended Stays: (Over 14 days)  $67.00 a night for (2) guests.  $10.00 for each additional guest.

Winter special price list:   For December, January and February $99.00 a night for (2) guests except holidays and special events. 3rd night free with a two-night stay. $10.00 for each additional guest.

Valentines Special:   2 night package for (2) guests @ $119.00 a night. Includes 1 dozen red roses and a box of chocolates.
